18 yr Aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar 750ml ~ Sweet white Trebbiano grape pressings are boiled down to a dark syrup; then aged under rigid restrictions to give our 18yr Aged Balsamic a rich, robust flavor. Use it with any of our EVOO selections and spice blends to create a wonderful salad dressing. Use also as a finish for any meat to give a tangy robust flavor.

Minimum 18 year aged in oak barrels, no chemical refinement.
